Wehubit programme launches a new Call for Proposals on "Climate Smart Agriculture"

Wehubit has launched on 7th January a new Call for Proposals on “Climate Smart Agriculture”. The deadline is 21st February.

The programme is implemented by Enabel, the Belgian development agency.

Who is the funding for?
The programme targets the 14 partner countries of the Belgian development cooperation. We are looking for projects that have developed innovative digital solutions, exploring new ways to solve development challenges. Wehubit will only finance:

  • Projects that will scale-up existing digital solutions so that these are rolled-out at larger scale and become more available, affordable and performing; or

  • Projects that will replicate proven digital solutions in other contexts (sectors, regions…)

Supported projects are selected through calls for proposals and are aligned with our guiding principles: the use of digital technologies as an enabler for sustainable development, the D4D strategic note of the Belgian Development Cooperation, principles for digital development and the Human Rights-Based Approach (HRBA).

You will find more details on the call under the following link : https://www.wehubit.be/en/financing-instruments
